Nashville music educator, Stephie Gee, is launching a YouTube drum tutorial channel for children and young adults who want to get started with drumming. The goal of the channel, Encouraging Beats, is to help kids and teens boost their self-esteem and build their confidence through learning the drums.

To kick off the Encouraging Beats YouTube channel, she will be hosting a family-friendly event on April 23rd from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the newly renovated Dream Streets location on 2030 25th Avenue North.

internationally-trained drummers

The event will also be LIVESTREAMED on YouTube for those unable to attend in person. Online viewers who subscribe will also have the chance to enter the raffle drawing for prizes. Stay tuned for more details!

The launch party will culminate with the world premiere of the Encouraging Beats channel, with several of Gee's students performing along with the videos. Along with special guest appearances, this event will be an occasion the whole family can enjoy, bringing the Nashville community together in a fun and meaningful way.
